Description

You will monitor the performance and health of hosted and SaaS applications to ensure reliability and availability.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage APM tools like Dynatrace to monitor application performance.
• Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to diagnose and resolve performance issues.
• Develop monitoring strategies for applications on shared or cloud-hosted infrastructures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve reliability.
• Provide technical insights and recommendations for proactive performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application monitoring and performance troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting performance issues in hosted or SaaS environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Dallas, TX.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Grafana.
• Prior exposure to performance engineering roles.
