Description

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for full-stack application performance monitoring and diagnostics.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis using log analysis and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Manage diagnostics, alerting, dashboard creation, and business transaction monitoring.
• Integrate APM tools with third-party products and manage necessary patches and upgrades.
• Set up and analyze analytical data to support future predictive modeling.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack using specialized monitoring tools.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application performance monitoring.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically with AppDynamics.
• Advanced knowledge of full-stack monitoring and APM toolsets.
• Experience with diagnostics, alerting, and business transaction monitoring.
• Proven ability to perform deep-dive log analysis for troubleshooting.
• Experience managing third-party product integrations and upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Big Panda, AWS CloudWatch, or Dynatrace.
• Background working within the insurance industry.
