Description

You will manage application monitoring and incident oversight for homegrown web applications and COTS software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health using Grafana and SolarWinds.
• Refine established SLAs and SOPs to support a zero-incident culture.
• Contribute to the long-term setup of a command center and incident monitoring center.
• Work on-site at the Hyderabad office five days a week on a shift rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in operations or monitoring roles.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana.
• Hands-on experience with SolarWinds.
• Experience monitoring both homegrown web applications and COTS software.
• Any Graduate degree.
