💻 Application Development

✔ Build and support Workday integrations & API-based solutions
✔ Develop and consume REST APIs & web services

✔ Translate business requirements into technical solutions
✔ Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
✔ Ensure coding standards, security, and best practices
🔧 Enhancement & Support
✔ Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications
✔ Support deployment and ongoing maintenance
🚀 Innovation & Modernization
✔ Drive technical initiatives and process improvements

  Required Skills (Must Have):
✔ 7+ years of software development experience

✔ .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET
✔ C#
✔ ASP.NET MVC / Web API
✔ RESTful API development & integrations
✔ Workday integrations (APIs, web services, data integration)
🌐 Frontend & Database:
✔ HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular or React.js
✔ ADO.NET / Entity Framework
✔ SQL & relational databases
⚙️ Tools & Methodologies:
✔ Azure DevOps (or similar)
✔ Agile / Scrum environment
✔ Strong full-stack development understanding
