You will manage and support multi-tier application environments to ensure stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage application support for 2-tier and 3-tier application architectures.
• Identify and resolve complex application performance issues.
• Analyze system behavior to troubleshoot underlying technical problems.
• Communicate technical findings and resolution steps clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in application operations or support.
• Hands-on experience managing 2-tier and 3-tier application stacks.
• Experience using APM tools such as AppDynamics or Dynatrace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to handle complex performance tuning and troubleshooting tasks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation in any field.
