Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field; or equivalent hands-on experience

• Certifications in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM/Intune) or application packaging tools preferred

• Maintain centralized application catalog with version control and lifecycle tracking

• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting •

 Support knowledge transfer and documentation during transition and steady state

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation and troubleshooting
