Description

You will ensure the availability and reliability of production applications within the Compliance line of business.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production applications using Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Manage incidents and handle support requests for production systems.
• Coordinate with support teams for root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Perform disaster recovery exercises to maintain system resilience.
• Research, triage, and resolve defects while adhering to compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in application support.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace for monitoring and incident management.
• Experience using Splunk for logging and analysis.
• Familiarity with AI Tools for process automation.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, analysis, and root cause investigation.
• Ability to support disaster recovery exercises.
• Any Graduate level of education.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical partners.
