Description

You will ensure the stability, availability, and performance of critical Market Risk applications through end-to-end production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production-related queries and manage the incident lifecycle, including triage, escalation, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor system health using enterprise tools and proactively identify issues before they impact business operations.
• Collaborate with development teams to investigate root causes and implement long-term fixes for recurring problems.
• Maintain and enhance documentation, knowledge base resources, and operational metrics reports.
• Support batch scheduling, job management, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Application or Production Support.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management within the ITIL framework.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with job scheduling tools like Autosys.
• Experience using ticketing and workflow platforms such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Python scripting skills for automation opportunities.
