Description

You will manage L3 production support and infrastructure development to ensure the stability of business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives to develop and maintain infrastructure solutions for business applications.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain infrastructure through collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Analyze high-impact outages to implement processes that prevent recurrence.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs using Agile development practices.
• Direct daily risk and control flows, focusing on policies and work standards to maintain operational success.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience.
• 3+ years of application production support experience.
• 3+ years of technical troubleshooting experience with web applications.
• 3+ years of Linux experience.
• 3+ years of Tomcat or equivalent middleware production support experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading implementations in production environments.
• 3+ years of production monitoring experience using Splunk and AppDynamics.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of scripting and automation experience.
• 3+ years of batch processing support and troubleshooting experience.
• 2+ years of F5 LTM experience.
