Description

You will manage and maintain application stability across Unix and Microsoft platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis on repetitive and recurring technical issues.
• Monitor application health using Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Manage batch jobs and scheduling via AutoSys, Control-M, or similar mechanisms.
• Execute incident, change, and release management following ITIL processes.
• Automate manual tasks through scripting and DevOps tooling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Application Production Support.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills in Unix and Windows environments.
• Experience with monitoring tools including Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Proficiency with batch scheduling tools such as AutoSys or Control-M.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, or uDeploy.
• Working knowledge of Middleware technologies, specifically Apache Tomcat.
• Understanding of infrastructure components including Databases and Middleware.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks for incident and change management.
• Ability to write scripts for automation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Banking domain.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Cloud technologies.
