Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for applications, including incident analysis and resolution.
• Troubleshoot application, system, and performance-related issues.
• Support development teams in fixing production defects and implementing improvements.
• Use Python for automation, diagnostics, and operational support tasks.
• Coordinate and manage L2/L3 support activities and escalations.
• Monitor applications and ensure system stability and availability.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams for issue resolution and process improvement.
• Maintain support documentation and incident reports.

Skills Required:

• Experience in application development and production support activities.
• Good knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
• Understanding of L2/L3 support processes and incident management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Exposure to technologies such as Node.js, React, and Angular is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
