Description

You will provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications, owning incident analysis, resolution, and system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application, system, and performance-related issues to ensure high availability.
• Use Python for automation, diagnostics, and operational support tasks.
• Coordinate L2/L3 support activities, manage escalations, and lead incident resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to fix production defects and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate support documentation, incident reports, and process records.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Application Development and Production Support.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with L2/L3 support leadership and incident management processes.
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across application layers.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Node.js, React, and Angular for deeper application context.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
