Description

You will own application production support, incident resolution, and L2/L3 leadership for web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident analysis, root cause identification, and resolution.
• Troubleshoot application, system, and performance issues to restore service quickly.
• Use Python for automation, diagnostics, and operational support tasks.
• Coordinate L2/L3 support activities and manage escalations effectively.
• Maintain accurate support documentation and incident reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development and production support.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with L2/L3 support processes and incident management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and business teams for issue resolution.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Node.js, React, and Angular.
