Description

You will manage and support applications within a Linux environment, ensuring stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues within the Linux platform to resolve application incidents.
• Manage incidents, changes, and releases following ITIL frameworks.
• Monitor application health and performance using standard monitoring tools.
• Support middleware components, specifically Apache Tomcat.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Application Production Support.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Linux platforms.
• Experience with ITIL processes: Incident, Change, and Release management.
• Knowledge of middleware technologies, including Apache Tomcat.
• Experience using application monitoring tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
