Description

You will manage application stability and resolve technical issues within a Linux environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle outage calls, triage technical issues, and implement immediate fixes.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for repetitive or recurring problems.
• Manage incident, change, and release processes following ITIL frameworks.
• Report and resolve issues using established documentation and support procedures.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Application Production Support on Linux platforms.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Experience with scheduling mechanisms such as AutoSys.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and uDeploy.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
• Scripting experience using Shell and automation tools.
• Understanding of Middleware technologies, specifically Apache Tomcat.
• Familiarity with infrastructure technologies including Linux, Windows, Middleware, and Databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Banking domain.
• Knowledge of SRE, Automation, and Cloud technologies.
