Description

Maintain and support production application systems to ensure stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support systems using Linux, Hadoop, Spectrum Grid, and monitoring tools.
• Handle incident management, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production issues.
• Automate operational tasks and improve monitoring and alerting configurations.
• Support deployments and configuration changes in collaboration with development teams.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for 24x7 system support.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in production support engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop ecosystems.
• Working knowledge of Autosys for job scheduling.
• Familiarity with Spectrum Grid infrastructure.
• Experience managing alerts with ITRS.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
