Description

You will manage application development lifecycles, drive technical standards, and oversee project execution across the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous education and improvement plans for junior and senior developers.
• Research new technologies and assess viability through proof-of-concept applications.
• Provide day-to-day project management support and monitor progress to implement corrective actions.
• Establish application development standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Train staff on new technologies, methodologies, and organizational change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in application program management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Practical experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with project modification processes.
• Experience evaluating new technologies for Return on Investment (ROI).
• Ability to manage organizational change and drive adoption of new processes.
• Capability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project management tools.
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members.
• Agile methodologies certifications or CompTIA certifications.
