Description

You will design, code, test, and maintain custom .NET web applications while ensuring compliance with state OTS standards. You will own the full software development lifecycle, from technical design through deployment and ongoing performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure full-stack web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and MSSQL.
• Collaborate with the Technical Architect and OTS teams to ensure strict adherence to state application standards.
• Monitor, audit, and improve the performance of replacement software systems.
• Deliver technical knowledge transfer, training, and comprehensive documentation to agency staff.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, providing detailed design feedback and implementation strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Proficiency with MSSQL and SQL Server.
• Experience with MVC architecture.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap and JavaScript.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vue or React frameworks.
• Recent work with .NET Core 2.x/3.x or .NET 5+.
• Background in client-facing design, delivery, and maintenance projects.
