Description

Develop, maintain, and optimize application software while managing database performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams on solution design.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain efficient, reusable code in Python or Java.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues.
• Manage and optimize Oracle databases for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust software solutions.
• Utilize CI/CD tools like GitLab or Jenkins within an Agile framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application programming.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language: Python or Java.
• Strong experience with relational databases, specifically Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux systems administration and scripting.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or Jenkins.
• Deep familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
