Description

You will design, develop, and support applications that integrate with existing business components. You will own the full delivery lifecycle from requirement analysis to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support new project requirements by coordinating with business stakeholders to analyze change request impacts.
• Analyze application and process issues, identifying root causes and coordinating resolutions with customer-facing support teams.
• Gather and interpret data requirements, including research, analysis, business design, data mapping, and transaction monitoring solution development.
• Guide onsite and offshore technology team members through project delivery to ensure timely execution.
• Communicate work progress and technical details effectively across technology, business, and leadership teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with complex SQL queries and PL/SQL programming.
• Proficiency in SAS, Teradata, and Unix scripting.
• Proven track record of project delivery in an Agile environment.
• Strong software design, build, test, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and learn complex business processes.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, Spark, and Hadoop.
• Domain expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and banking products.
