Description

Design, develop, and review database changes using Agile methodologies. You will optimize Oracle database performance, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot system issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply Agile practices to database design, normalization, and development tasks.
• Utilize SQL and PL/SQL to optimize performance and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement database solutions.
• Conduct performance tuning, capacity monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Database (latest versions).
• Strong experience with SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Proficiency with TOAD and OEM for database management.
• Deep understanding of Oracle architecture, memory structures, and background processes.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to create ER diagrams and perform normalization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cross-functional collaboration in agile environments.
