Description

You will design and maintain high-availability systems for the FICC data platform using KDB and related technologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features for the FICC data platform.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop ETL processes for data warehouses.
• Participate in agile development and collaborate with global teams.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on KDB development experience.
• Proficiency in KDB/q with deep understanding of q internals (tp, rdb, hdb, tick).
• Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Perl, or Shell scripting.
• Experience designing and developing ETL processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent large-scale IT experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with global team collaboration across multiple time zones.
