Description

You will handle business queries and system support within the Market Risk space.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Resolve business queries within the Market Risk space efficiently.
• Manage the user query mailbox, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
• Support feed and batch processes, manage alerts, and monitor system health.
• Handle incident management, including notifications and escalation procedures.
• Utilize ITSM, ITRS, JIRA, Dynatrace, and Splunk for updates and reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of production support experience in a technical environment.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and Core Java.
• Strong SQL and UNIX/Linux knowledge.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle and ITIL practices.
• Familiarity with Tableau for reporting.
• Experience using ITSM, ITRS, JIRA, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
