What's the Job?

• Convert mainframe SAS processes to Oracle SQL/PLSQL, ensuring seamless migration of legacy workflows.
• Design and develop Java-based user interfaces to support process maintenance and operational efficiency.
• Create support utilities using Python to automate tasks, enhance data processing, and facilitate migration efforts.
• Collaborate with the technology manager for project planning, reporting, and delivery oversight.
• Analyze existing workflows, optimize logic for Oracle-based execution, and ensure high performance and reliability of solutions.

What's Needed?

• Proven expertise in Oracle SQL and PLSQL development with a strong understanding of database optimization.
• Experience supporting or migrating Mainframe SAS processes, with knowledge of COBOL or similar legacy systems.
• Working proficiency with Python for automation, data handling, or migration tasks.
• Familiarity with Java application support and development.
• Experience using JIRA or similar workflow management tools within Agile or hybrid environments
