Description

You will own technical application tasks including platform upgrades, maintenance, and requirement changes within an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data provisioning models to support large-scale financial crimes data sourcing initiatives.
• Execute database-intensive development, data migrations, and conversions using Teradata.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts and Developers to ensure data governance and best practices are followed.
• Analyze present-state processes to develop and implement future-state approaches.
• Manage technical application aspects including change management and platform upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application programming and data development.
• Proficiency with Teradata 16.x and SQL/BTEX scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica 10.x and TPT.
• Strong knowledge of UNIX and shell scripting.
• Experience with Autosys, Cloudera CDP, and Hadoop ecosystems (Hive, Impala, PySpark, Scala).
• Expertise in data sourcing, data modeling, and data analysis.
• Proven ability in SQL performance tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Ansible.

Preferred Skills

• Business knowledge in financial domains related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crimes.
