Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features within existing Python services and create new services to expand the framework.
• Contribute to future system design and architecture, rationalizing business requirements.
• Plan and execute work using agile methodologies.
• Write unit, integration, and acceptance tests in coordination with QA.
• Improve and develop CI pipelines and deployment strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Demonstrable experience designing and developing complex server-side functionality in Python.
• Expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience building microservices.
• Experience working with large sets of data.
• Proficiency in writing unit, integration, and acceptance tests.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to mentor less experienced developers.
