Lead enterprise application implementations, integrations, and modernization initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–5 concurrent mid-sized IT projects, including application rollouts, integrations, and migrations.
• Build and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams involving Business SMEs, IT staff, and third-party vendors.
• Operate within hybrid project methodologies, managing both Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Ensure adherence to PM best practices and governance frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5–8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 3+ years leading enterprise application implementations.
• Proven experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong background in retail distribution, supply chain applications, or ERP systems.
• Experience managing projects involving APIs, system integrations, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP, RightAngle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oil & Gas industry systems.
• PMP certification or Master's degree.
