Description

You will define and own the enterprise QA strategy, standards, and testing governance framework for all application delivery programs. You will lead a team of QA Test Engineers, drive the test automation roadmap, and ensure quality gates are integrated into the SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain testing governance, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT processes.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Test Engineers, setting performance expectations and driving skill development.
• Own the test automation roadmap, driving adoption of frameworks across CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.
• Serve as the escalation point for critical test failures, quality incidents, and release-blocking defects.
• Partner with engineering leads and product owners to integrate quality gates and define quality KPIs.

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance.
• At least 3 years in a lead or managerial capacity.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, RestAssured).
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, qTest).
• Proven ability to design, build, and govern test automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Experience managing QA across complex, multi-tier application environments (web, mobile, API).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git).

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL-TM) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms for defect and release management.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native application testing patterns.
