Responsibilities

• Organize and control the testing process, including test resource planning and issue resolution.
• Develop and review test plans, test cases, and UAT plans to ensure traceability and visibility.
• Monitor test execution and apply metrics to track progress and report anomalies.
• Provide oversight in defect triage meetings and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business partners, PMO, and vendor teams to align testing with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mid-scale or large-scale system development projects.
• Proven experience operating in a lead capacity.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test strategy, and test automation.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency with defect management tools such as Client ALM, Bugzilla, or JIRA.
• Expertise in writing test cases and managing test execution.
• Experience within the healthcare domain.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
