Description

You will secure applications by developing technical solutions and automating repetitive security tasks to promote self-service.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed security testing on internal and external applications, systems, and networks using manual tests and automated tools.
• Demonstrate vulnerability exploitation to technology owners to facilitate understanding and remediation.
• Develop and maintain technical solutions for application security improvement and task orchestration.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to advise on risk reduction and oversee remediation work.
• Create and update knowledge base articles and provide operational training to team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in information security or application development.
• CISSP certification is required.
• Experience with static and dynamic code scanning tools.
• Proficiency in manual exploit testing scripts and manual application logic crawling.
• Ability to lead operational tasks and participate in annual disaster recovery exercises.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Application security certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, or GWEB.
