Description

You will perform security testing, code reviews, and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities across applications, APIs, and networks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual security code reviews for Java and .NET applications.
• Conduct automated testing using SAST and DAST methodologies.
• Execute manual penetration tests on web applications, APIs, mobile apps, and networks.
• Develop new testing methods to identify potential attacker entry points.
• Partner with Cyber teams to automate testing processes and mentor junior or offshore staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in security or related fields.
• 6+ months of formal programming experience in Java or C#.
• 3+ years of recent experience using AppScan, Netsparker, Acunetix, Checkmarx, Veracode, BurpSuite, OWASP ZAP, or Kali Linux.
• Proficiency in performing manual application penetration tests.
• Experience with SAST and DAST tools.
• Ability to articulate testing processes and results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Ethical hacking certifications such as GWAPT, CREST, OSCP, OSWE, or OSWA.
