Description

You will secure application codebases by conducting security testing, integrating tools into CI/CD pipelines, and remediating vulnerabilities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct application security testing using SAST, SCA, and DAST tools, specifically Veracode and Burp Suite.
• Integrate security testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps teams.
• Remediate vulnerabilities in Java, .NET, and Python codebases following secure coding practices.
• Maintain compliance with NIST, PCI-DSS, SOX, and CIS frameworks.
• Support incident response and design security alerts to detect threats.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application security, secure development, and vulnerability management.
• Hands-on experience with Veracode, Burp Suite, and other DAST/SAST tools.
• Strong coding and scripting skills in Java, Python, and .NET.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud security in AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and SANS 25.
• Experience with secure coding practices for Java, .NET, and Python.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with DevOps teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting incident response and threat detection design.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements.
