Description

You will secure cloud-based IT applications and networks by implementing and monitoring protective security measures. You own the implementation of security controls for applications hosted on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor security controls to safeguard cloud-hosted applications.
• Collaborate with developers to provide technical solutions for application flaws and vulnerabilities.
• Perform risk analyses to develop and recommend appropriate security countermeasures.
• Maintain and upgrade security systems and procedures to address evolving threats.

Required Skills

• Experience with security testing and analysis of cloud-based networks or applications.
• Proficiency with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related engineering field with 5 years of progressive experience.
• OR Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related engineering field with 6 months of relevant experience.
• Ability to work under supervision to protect cloud-based software applications.
• Willingness to relocate or travel to client sites across the USA.
