Description

You will own the security posture of applications across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Application Development Security Lifecycle from design review through automated and hands-on testing.
• Maintain and contribute to Application Development Security Policies and standards by tracking NIST, OWASP, and SANS publications.
• Establish security requirements early in the SDLC by collaborating with development teams.
• Implement, maintain, and integrate tools like SAST, DAST, WAF, and software composition scanners to assess application security.
• Educate software engineers on secure coding practices through training and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in Java, C++, or .NET.
• Expertise deploying, configuring, and using SAST and DAST tools in large environments.
• Experience integrating security solutions transparently within CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with application development in large cloud environments.
• Proficiency with core security tools: SAST, DAST, and WAF.
• Ability to document technology guidance and repeatable security processes.
