Description

You will secure the software development lifecycle by managing vulnerability lifecycles and integrating security controls into build pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of vulnerability items and incident tickets within ServiceNow, from creation to remediation tracking.
• Verify code repositories and build pipelines in GIT and Azure to prevent the deployment of vulnerable artifacts.
• Analyze client software artifacts for known security vulnerabilities and provide actionable fixes to application teams.
• Design and implement information assurance architecture for data center, network, and enclave environments.
• Support application teams with continuous troubleshooting of build issues and system optimizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application security or related roles.
• Extensive experience with SAST, DAST, IAST, and OWASP methodologies.
• Proficiency with vulnerability management processes.
• Hands-on experience with Cycode and CheckMarx security tools.
• Direct experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong command of GIT for repository management.
• Experience working within Kubernetes environments.
• Ability to participate in risk assessments during Certification and Accreditation processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience interpreting professional standards and regulations to guide security architecture decisions.
