Good to Have Skills: Experience with ERP and QMS interfaces, manufacturing dependencies, compliance-driven workflow requirements, Notepad++ and analysis utilities, UAT leadership, data migration activities, mentoring capabilities, cross-functional alignment skills, SOP development, and training content creation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis of complex business processes and define functional requirements for application solutions.
• Own or co-own major system enhancements for Windchill, Vault, and related engineering platforms.
• Evaluate engineering change workflows, product data structures, and integration points to improve system design.
• Lead UAT efforts and support deployment readiness for significant system releases.
• Oversee data quality, governance, and migration-related activities for engineering systems.
• Develop advanced SOPs, training content, and support models for end users and support staff.
• Mentor junior engineers and senior technicians on systems, workflows, and problem solving.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on system standards, priorities, and improvement opportunities.

Experience Required: 5 years of relevant experience with PLM/PDM systems, engineering workflows, product structures, and change control.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant degree
