Description

You will lead analysis of complex business processes and define functional requirements for PLM/PDM application solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own or co-own major system enhancements for Windchill, Vault, and related engineering platforms.
• Evaluate engineering change workflows, product data structures, and integration points to improve system design.
• Lead UAT efforts and support deployment readiness for significant system releases.
• Oversee data quality, governance, and migration-related activities for engineering systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience with PLM/PDM systems (Windchill, Vault).
• Strong background in CAD Integration, Business Process Engineering, and Systems Analysis.
• Experience defining functional requirements for application solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant degree.
• Ability to develop advanced SOPs and training content.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and senior technicians.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP and QMS interfaces, manufacturing dependencies, and compliance-driven workflow requirements.
• Leadership in UAT, data migration activities, and cross-functional alignment.
