Description

You will manage the configuration, monitoring, and repair of desktop, server, and network systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot desktop, server, and network systems including switches and disaster recovery infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for system administration, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Implement software, firmware, and hardware updates across the environment.
• Lead complex troubleshooting efforts and assist with software programming, analysis, and coding for benchmark testing or control modules.
• Support moderately complex software applications including compilers, link editors, and assemblers.

Required Skills

• At least two years of professional experience in an associated field.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of network software including TCP/IP.
• Proficiency with relational database software.
• Experience with system administration and help desk support.
• Ability to travel to austere environments as needed (approximately 10%).
