Lead a team of DEV and QA engineers to design and deliver complex enterprise-grade software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of high-quality enterprise applications and systems.
• Provide technical guidance to the engineering team and drive the adoption of best practices.
• Architect and develop large-scale enterprise applications to meet complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application delivery.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle using Agile and Test-Driven Development methodologies.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in an engineering role.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical or engineering lead role.
• 9+ years of experience in Java and J2EE building web applications.
• Extensive expertise in Spring technologies, including Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, and Spring Boot.
• 5+ years of experience with Hibernate, RESTful services, and Spring JDBC.
• 8+ years of web development experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES2016+).
• 2+ years of experience with React tools, including React.js, Webpack, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with Microservices, JPA, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic and Tomcat installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with API management and cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Working knowledge of DevOps tools including Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical understanding of TDD, automation, unit testing, and system observability.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
