Description

You will provide technical support for AI and data applications, ensuring system stability and resolving production issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Debug and automate operational tooling using Python.
• Investigate issues and validate data integrity using SQL.
• Support and operate AI/ML platforms, including inference pipelines and model serving.
• Manage incidents and troubleshoot production systems, APIs, and distributed services.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in application support, production engineering, SRE, or platform operations.
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation, debugging, and scripting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting AI/ML platforms and model serving environments.
• Working knowledge of cloud operations, preferably AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with Windows environments, .NET applications, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Databricks.
