Description

You will manage Tier 2 support, outages, and incident tickets escalated from Tier 1. You will debug complex issues, define operational requirements, and drive resolution.

Responsibilities

• Debug issues and identify the correct engineering teams for resolution.
• Manage incidents proactively and perform system health checks, including defining new alerts and triggers.
• Participate in development, release readiness, and deployment cycles.
• Define non-functional and new operational requirements to reduce MTTR and incident volume.
• Perform configuration updates and analyze system architecture to facilitate troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or incident management.
• Strong understanding of Java for code debugging.
• Proficiency with ELK stack for log analysis and monitoring.
• Proven ability to debug complex issues and follow structured problem-solving steps.
• Experience managing Tier 2 support in 12x5 or 24x7 on-call rotations.
• Ability to interpret system architecture to identify root causes.
• Any Graduate degree.
