You will support, maintain, and improve enterprise applications through proactive monitoring and technical problem resolution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor applications proactively to identify and implement solutions that prevent or minimize production impacts.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems based on shifting priorities, timelines, and available resources.
• Perform application environment maintenance including patching, upgrades, and monitoring.
• Manage SharePoint sites, including creating/updating sites and resolving user access or permission issues.
• Document all resolutions and technical fixes clearly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application support or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Azure.
• Experience working with Power Platform.
• Experience supporting Salesforce environments.
• Experience managing WordPress sites.
• Experience with SharePoint administration and site management.
• Degree in any field of study.
