Description

You will manage, troubleshoot, and maintain complex campaign deployments using Unica and Adobe Campaign.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain campaign deployments using Unica and Adobe Campaign.
• Troubleshoot production systems, resolve errors, and implement patch updates or version upgrades.
• Triaging database performance issues and monitor system loads and health.
• Collaborate with network, database, and security teams to provide architecture solutions and administration guidelines.
• Execute functional, data-level, and system-level tests.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in application support or administration.
• Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic, including workflows, delivery, and user/role administration.
• Experience with Unica Campaign flowcharts, custom macros, loaders, segments, and raw SQL.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting database performance.
• Knowledge of Windows server environments and Websphere.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to perform analytical tasks and manage shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of experience with Architecture and Design.
