Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot application-related issues using ITIL processes.
• Monitor and maintain data security protocols across the environment.

• Communicate technical findings and resolution steps to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application support or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Data Security tools including Varonis, MS Purview, and MS EntraID.
• Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
