Description

You will provide technical and business support for users across various business functions, ensuring system reliability and timely issue resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve field stakeholder queries and coordinate with technology partners for long-term remediation.
• Act as a liaison between users, traders, internal technology groups, and external vendors.
• Participate in application releases, post-release checkouts, and disaster recovery testing.
• Analyze applications to identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in application support or related technical roles.
• Proficiency with Application Support and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with AbInitio.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with Big Data technologies including Hive and Java Spark.
• Competency in Oracle SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Control Center tools, MongoDB, and PLSQL.
• Knowledge of Tableau data visualization and AI prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with financial markets, problem management tools, and issue tracking tools.
