You will manage operational support for applications, ensuring system stability and smooth service delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and resolve application issues promptly.
• Coordinate production deployments and support release cycles.
• Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) testing.
• Communicate status updates and resolve escalations with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years in IT Operations, Application Support, or DevOps.
• Proficiency with incident management tools like ServiceNow.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Nagios, or Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with production deployment processes.
• Understanding of BCP/DR concepts and related testing.
• Basic scripting capability in Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with cloud environments, specifically AWS or Azure.
