Description

You will provide technical support for the Legal Platform product range to enterprise customers, focusing on troubleshooting and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software and system configuration issues by coordinating between customers and internal development teams.
• Manage the implementation and configuration process for new customer onboarding.
• Document customer issues thoroughly and provide regular status updates.
• Participate in a global emergency support weekend rota for escalated issues and migrations.
• Identify process improvements for HighQ, Contract Express, and West KM workflows.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a support engineer or analyst role at an enterprise software vendor or end user.
• Ability to prepare and run SQL queries.
• Working knowledge of HTML and Javascript.
• Experience using Salesforce, ADO, or similar helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of web browser behaviors, plugins, and computer settings affecting web applications.
• Professional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
