Description

You will provide technical support and leadership for apexportal Solutions software applications, managing client implementations and resolving complex technical issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve technical support tickets by troubleshooting network, database, and software problems.
• Partner with Product Management and R&D teams to prioritize ticket resolution and drive product improvements.
• Execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing for new releases and product functionality.
• Manage software upgrades, system configurations, and technical environment setups for hosted clients.
• Create rules and data transfer mappings using SQL queries and reconcile data between client ERP systems and applications.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience working with SQL.
• Proficiency in SQL Server including data definition, manipulation, control, and transactional control.
• Experience with SQL administration, including creating and restoring backups.
• Ability to develop and troubleshoot stored procedures, complex data queries, and DTS packages.
• Knowledge of FTP, secure FTP, and PGP.
• Proficiency using Command Prompt and its commands.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Skills

• Experience or exposure to Accounts Payable applications in ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or J.D. Edwards.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles with large-scale clients.
