Description

You will support .Net Web and API applications within an Agile environment, managing related infrastructure and ensuring application health.

Responsibilities

• Support .Net Web/API applications and manage associated infrastructure.
• Maintain and query Microsoft SQL Server databases using SQL.
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence to manage tasks within a Scrum process.
• Develop support tools using PowerShell, Excel, or VBA.
• Monitor application health using tools like Splunk or custom dashboards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in .Net Web/API application support or development.
• Strong basic SQL skills with Microsoft SQL Server or similar RDBMS.
• Experience with CI/CD processes using Jenkins and Octopus.
• Familiarity with Git and Bitbucket.
• Understanding of Web API infrastructure including IIS, VPN, Proxy/Firewall, and HTTPS.
• Knowledge of FTP/SFTP protocols.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AWS cloud environments and Splunk.
• Experience with job schedulers or automation tools like Tidal or Visual Cron.
