You will serve as the subject matter expert for JD Edwards E1 solutions, specializing in the manufacturing module.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support JD Edwards users across Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Cost Structure, Demand Planning, MRP, Capacity Planning, Forecasting, Manufacturing Accounting, and Inventory.
• Develop test plans, coordinate software testing, and lead user acceptance testing for all system modifications.
• Execute data extracts and analysis using JD Edwards tools to support business decision-making.
• Implement new tools and business processes in coordination with Shopfloor users and third-party solution integrations.
• Manage user requests for native queries, custom grids, and watch lists, including creating new program versions for new business units.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience supporting users within a JD Edwards environment.
• Proven experience on a JD Edwards implementation team with primary responsibility for the Manufacturing module.
• Direct experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in JD Edwards tools for data extraction and analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Support SOX compliance by fulfilling reporting requests for internal and external auditors.
• Provide functional training to end-users and document all standard operating procedures.

Preferred Skills

• JD Edwards Orchestrator experience.
• APICS Certification.
